Francisco Garcia Iglesias has had a varied career since 2013. Francisco began their career at COMARGE S.A. as an Administrative Assistance Specialist, where they were the only administrative employee in a small company. Francisco then moved to Falabella Argentina, where they worked as a Banking Reconciliations Analyst, reconciling all bank and accounting movements. In 2016, they joined Roche as a Sales Operations Analyst, where they were the single point of contact from their team with the U.S.A. In 2017, they worked at HousingAnywhere.com as a Customer Care Specialist, researching local markets and coordinating contracts between landlords and tenants. In 2018, they joined Givaudan as a Senior Customer Care Representative and Global Automation Leader, and a Customer Care Representative for North America. In 2021, they joined Akamai Technologies as a Sales Development Representative and Auth0 as a Sales Support Representative. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Circula as a Sales Development Representative and Europe Language Jobs / Jobs for expats and language speakers as a Business Development Executive.

Francisco Garcia Iglesias completed a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from UADE between 2014 and 2021. Francisco also completed an exchange program from Rotterdam Business School in International Business between 2017 and 2018.
