Maria Paula Barchi Bertolucci

Maria Paula Barchi Bertolucci has held a variety of roles in the past 13 years. In 2008, they were a part of the Project Rondon at UNESP - Universidade Estadual Paulista “Júlio de Mesquita Filho”, where they were responsible for the health care program. In 2012, they were a Classroom Assistant at UNOPAR - Universidade Norte do Paraná. In 2013, they were an Intern at Pacific Parklands Foundation, responsible for the organization and evaluation of the “Commemorative Gifts” fundraising program. From 2015 to 2017, they were an English Language Teacher at Upper English, responsible for preparing curriculum as well as teaching, evaluation of assignment and tests, and participation in school meetings and training courses in order to improve teaching skills. In 2017, they were a Receptionist at Contentful, where they were responsible for greeting and welcoming guests and staff, addressing day-to-day activities, checking, sorting, and forwarding emails to the appropriate staff, and monitoring office supplies and placing orders. Maria Paula also held a Receptionist role at HERE Technologies in 2017. From 2018 to 2020, Maria Paula held two roles at BaseCase - a Certara company, as an HR Recruitment Specialist and Office Manager. Finally, in 2021, they are currently the People & Culture Manager at Circula, and previously held the role of Recruitment Coordinator at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from 2020 to 2021.

Maria Paula Barchi Bertolucci completed a Master's degree in Ecology from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2010 and 2012. In 2014, they completed Industrial Solid Waste Management from Escola Superior da Cetesb and Internal Auditor in Integrated Management System from Senac São Paulo, focusing on NBR ISO 9001:08, NBR ISO 14001:04, OSHAS 18001:07, SA 8000:08 and ABNT NBR 1. Maria Paula also obtained a Teaching credentials and Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Human Resources Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2019 and Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers from University of Minnesota in October 2020.
