Diane Stephen

Diane Stephen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting with their current position at Circularity First, they serve as the Group COO. Prior to this role, they worked as the Chief Strategy Officer (Interim) at the same company.

Before joining Circularity First in 2023, Diane worked at asteri associates ltd as a Management Consultant, Executive, and Systemic Team Coach. Diane has been with the company since September 2020.

From 2018 to 2023, Diane held the position of Board Chair - Non-Exec - TLC Housing Maintenance at Grampian Housing Association.

Diane'sexperience also includes being the Managing Director and Group Founder at EWF Group from October 2013 to March 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a European Programme Manager (Interim) at bp from October 2011 to September 2013.

Diane has also worked as a Management Consultant at The Berkeley Partnership from March 2010 to February 2011.

Earlier in their career, they held various roles at Accenture, including Senior Manager from July 2008 to February 2010, Manager from July 2005 to June 2008, and Senior Consultant from October 2004 to June 2005.

Before joining Accenture, Diane worked as a Management Consultant at IBM from September 2002 to August 2004, and at PwC from October 2001 to September 2002.

Diane started their career as a Stagista in beni culturali at TourConsult Roma from April 1999 to September 1999.

Diane Stephen obtained their MA (Joint Honours) in Modern Languages from the University of Glasgow in the period between 1995 and 2000. Diane then pursued their MSc in BITS (Business & Information Technology Systems) at the University of Strathclyde from 2000 to 2001. In 2019 to 2020, they completed their MSc in IMAPP (International Masters of Applied Positive Psychology) from Anglia Ruskin University. In addition to their academic credentials, they have obtained various certifications, including Emotional Culture Deck Practitioner from riders&elephants in 2022, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist from Rapid Transformational Therapy in 2021, and Navigating Happiness from LIS: The London Interdisciplinary School in 2021, among others.
