David Dekozan

David deKozan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the transportation and technology sectors, currently serving as a Board Member for both Secure Technology Alliance and Circulate San Diego since January 2020. As Vice President of Business Development at Cubic Transportation Systems, Inc. since February 1992, David has led business acquisition and account management for public transportation fare management across North America and Latin America. David has held multiple leadership roles at Cubic, including Vice President of New Market Development, Strategic Initiatives, Marketing, General Manager, and Strategic Planning, focusing on electronic fare systems, corporate strategy, and global marketing initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President at Developers Resource Companies, Inc., specializing in real estate development and financing. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UC San Diego and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
