Joy Rachel Ibañez

Joy Rachel Ibañez has a solid work experience in the customer service industry. Joy Rachel started their career at TTEC in 2018 as a Subject Matter Expert and later took on the role of a Product Trainer. From June 2019 to December 2021, they served as a Team Lead at TTEC. In December 2021, they moved on to TaskUs where they continued their role as a Team Lead until November 2022. Currently, they are working as a Team Lead at Ciro starting from November 2022.

Joy Rachel Ibañez attended Far Eastern University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Internal Auditing. In addition to their degree, Joy Rachel Ibañez has obtained several certifications including Lean Six Sigma from TeleTech Philippines in November 2021. Joy Rachel also holds certifications in Basic Wordpress, General VA Certification, Nesting 101, Professional Civil Service, Social Media Management, Team Lead 101, Team Lead 201, Training 101, and Virtual Executive Assistant from various institutions including VirtualWork PH and TeleTech Philippines.
