Gregoire Lhermillier is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with significant expertise in the hospitality, events, and premium wine and spirits industries. As Co-Founder of APTD Consulting since October 2022, Gregoire Lhermillier has been instrumental in supporting premium brands to enhance their development and visibility in the Prestige On-Trade channel. Concurrently, as Co-Founder of Drink with Sasha, Gregoire Lhermillier has expanded e-tailing efforts for premium wine and spirits in the UK, including the launch of a concept store in London. In the role of Managing Director at Embitio, started in May 2015, Gregoire Lhermillier focuses on nurturing brands from start-up to international recognition. Additionally, as Partner and Head of International Business Development at Cirque le Soir since February 2011, Gregoire Lhermillier oversees franchise development and pop-up events globally.
