Andy Keir

Andy Keir is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry and public sector. Currently serving as Vice President of International Legal Operations and Associate General Counsel at Cirrus Logic since August 2014, Andy previously held the role of Head of Legal at Wolfson Microelectronics from August 2013 to August 2014. Prior to that, Andy was a Senior Solicitor in the Commercial Team at NHS National Services Scotland from May 2005 to August 2013 and an Associate at Shepherd and Wedderburn from September 1996 to May 2005, where advice was provided to major clients on various commercial, corporate, IP, and IT matters. Andy holds an LLB Hons and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen, completed between 1991 and 1996.
