Jen Cantu´

Jen Cantu has an extensive work experience in talent acquisition and people management roles. Jen is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Cirrus Logic since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Helix Human Capital as a Talent Acquisition professional from October 2021 to November 2022. Before that, they served as the Chief People Officer at Product Labs from November 2020 to October 2021. Jen has also held leadership positions such as Chief People Officer at The Hollis Co. from December 2019 to August 2020, VP of People at Adthena from April 2019 to December 2019, and VP of People at TrendKite from February 2016 to August 2018. Jen has experience in talent acquisition as well, having worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at various companies in 2018 and as a Talent Acquisition Contractor at Adthena from January 2019 to April 2019. Jen began their career in human resources and recruiting, holding positions at Spiceworks from February 2010 to February 2016, Lombardi Software from August 2008 to February 2010, and Troux Technologies from May 2004 to August 2008.

Jen Cantu´ earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Texas State University, studying from 1992 to 1996.
