Loai Louis

Loai Louis has a diverse work experience in the corporate development and investment banking sectors. Loai is currently the Vice President of Corporate Development at Cirrus Logic. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Corporate Development at Analog Devices from 2021 to 2023. Loai also worked at Maxim Integrated as the Executive Director of Corporate Development from 2014 to 2021. Before transitioning into corporate development, Loai worked in investment banking roles at KPMG Corporate Finance, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Montgomery & Co., LLC, and Lehman Brothers. Loai started their career at Analog Devices Inc. as a Senior Systems Engineer in the RF & Wireless Business Unit.

Loai Louis earned an MBA degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2005 to 2007. Prior to that, they attended McGill University, where they received a Master's degree in Microelectronics and Wireless Telecommunications and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications.
