Roger Stevens

Roger Stevens is an accomplished professional in the integrated circuit design field with extensive experience spanning several leadership roles. Currently serving as the Director of IC Layout Design at Cirrus Logic since October 2015, Roger previously held positions such as Layout Team Leader at Sandia National Laboratories and Layout Manager at Freescale Semiconductor. Noteworthy contributions include managing layout design teams, leading training initiatives, and developing methodologies that resulted in significant cost savings. Roger's entrepreneurial spirit was demonstrated as the Owner of Cirtst Technology, Inc., where performance and training management were key focuses. An educator at Hinds Community College and a veteran of the US Army, Roger holds a Bachelor of Applied Science from The University of Southern Mississippi and has received the Innovative Technologist award. Roger possesses a DOE Q security clearance.
