Rhian Filbey has over 15 years of work experience in HR roles. Rhian is currently the Head of HR at Cirrus Response, a position they have held since December 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the People Operations Manager at Cirrus Response from February 2022 to November 2022. Before joining Cirrus Response, Rhian served as an HR Business Partner at the Royal Automobile Club from June 2021 to February 2022. From January 2018 to May 2019, they worked as a Senior HR Executive at Mondrian Investment Partners Limited, and from May 2014 to January 2018, they held the position of HR Advisor at the same company. Before that, Rhian worked at Commonwealth Bank, where they held the roles of HR Officer for First State Investments UK (now First Sentier Investors) from January 2014 to May 2014, and HR Officer for Institutional Banking & Markets from November 2012 to January 2014. Rhian also gained experience as an HR Associate at Ruffer LLP from April 2009 to November 2012, and as an HR Administrator at Grant Thornton UK LLP in October to December 2007.
Rhian Filbey started their education at St John's School Marlborough in 1997 and completed their studies in 2004. Rhian then went on to pursue a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology at Durham University from 2004 to 2007. After a gap of two years, from 2009 to 2012, they furthered their education by obtaining a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPD Qualifications.
