Jonathan Carey has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jonathan started their career at TSD Rental in 2001 as an Account Manager, focusing on application training and implementation. Jonathan then joined Salem Five Bank in 2006 as a Senior Banker, where they worked until 2010. In 2011, Jonathan joined Sensitech and held various roles, including Client Services, Client Services Team Lead, and eventually became a Client Services Manager. Jonathan worked at Sensitech until 2022. Currently, Jonathan is the Director of Customer Support Operations at Cirrus Systems, Inc., a position they have held since December 2022.

Jonathan Carey obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Bridgewater State University. In 2012, they also acquired a UTC Ace Certification from Sensitech.
