Ted Antle has a diverse work experience in project and program management roles. Ted currently serves as a Scrum Master and Delivery Lead at CirrusLabs. Prior to that, they worked as a Delivery Leader for Data, Analytics & Customer (DAC) at Nationwide.

Ted has also served as a Project Manager at Insight Global, where they were responsible for assisting in the upgrade of enterprise procurement transformation to a software as a service (SAAS) solution. Additionally, they played a key role in leading the existing infrastructure remediation for bank compliance and assisting in the transformation to Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Ted'sprevious experiences include working as a Program Manager (Project Manager IV) (Consultant) at United Airlines, a Sr. Project Manager at BMO Financial Group, and a Scrum Master, Project Manager, and Transformation Coach at US Foods. Ted has also held roles as a Program Scrum Master at Allstate, a Senior Manager responsible for transforming teams to use agile methods at Agilest, a Sr. Program Consultant at Discover Financial Services, and a Sr. Project Manager (Consultant) at Citi.

Throughout their career, Ted has gained expertise in various methodologies such as PMP, ACP, ITIL, SAFe SPC5, and RTE. Ted has also demonstrated their ability to lead teams, define requirements, and guide organizations through agile transformations.

Ted Antle has a diverse education history in the field of IT and management. Ted started their education journey in 1979 at Illinois Central College, where they studied Data Processing until 1981. After that, they pursued Business Administration and Management, General at North Central College from 1993 to 1994. In 1995-1996, they studied Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design at DePaul University.

In 2007, Ted attended a PMP Prep Workshop at DeVry University to enhance their project management skills. Later, in 2014, they attended the Illinois Institute of Technology to delve into IT Management Frameworks, specifically ITIL and COBIT.

Ted's continuous pursuit of knowledge led him to obtain various certifications. In 2014, they acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. In 2016, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. Ted also obtained their ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management (ITILF) from EXIN in the same year.

Additionally, Ted demonstrated their expertise in agile methodologies by becoming a Certified SAFe 4 Agilist and SAFe 4 Certified Program Consultant in November 2016. In January 2017, they obtained the PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Notably, they further enhanced their SAFe certifications by obtaining the Certified SAFe 4 Release Train Engineer in January 2017.

Ted continued to advance their knowledge and became a Certified SAFe 5 Program Consultant and Certified SAFe 5 Release Train Engineer in February 2021. Ted further added to their repertoire by obtaining the Certified SAFe 5 Agilist certification in the same month.

To build on their lean process development expertise, Ted attended the CSM Enterprise Agile course taught by Mike Beedle – SCRUM Alliance in 2016.
