David Prats Pueyo is an experienced professional in corporate strategy and M&A, currently serving as the M&A and Corporate Development Manager at CIRSA since January 2023. Previously, David co-founded MELPOM, focusing on financial and strategic planning from September 2020 to December 2023. David's extensive background includes a tenure at Banco Sabadell from September 2015 to February 2023 as a Senior Strategy Consultant, where involvement in inorganic growth projects and the establishment of a new business role took place. Additional roles at Banco Sabadell included positions as Strategy Consultant and Senior Strategy Analyst, contributing to strategy and crisis management efforts, particularly linked to TSB Bank, where David also worked as a Strategy Analyst. Initial experiences include an internship at Volkswagen Group and event coordination at Finance&Economy Group. David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Esade and participated in an exchange program at Babson College in 2014.
