Carrie Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Carrie began their career as a Spanish Instructor at Fremont Public Schools in 2005, where they taught introductory levels of Spanish to high school students. Carrie then transitioned into the dental field in 2009, working as a Registered Dental Hygienist at The Dentists of Omaha. In this role, they educated patients about oral hygiene, co-diagnosed ailments with dentists, and performed clinical dental hygiene procedures. In 2018, Carrie joined Learnlight as a Business English Instructor, where they enhanced their teaching skills. Carrie later worked as an English Language Teacher at VIPKid from 2019 to 2021, and as a People Operations Assistant at First Dental from 2019 to 2022. After that, they became a Relocation Consultant in 2021 before joining CIS Abroad - Center for International Studies. At CIS Abroad, Carrie served as a Program Enrollment Coordinator from January 2022 to June 2022, Program Enrollment Director from June 2022 to May 2023, and currently holds the position of Assistant Vice President of Enrollment. Carrie Anderson earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, which they attended from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Spanish and Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University, completing their studies from 2001 to 2005.
