Elayna Hebert

Elayna Hebert has extensive experience in human resources and operations. Elayna began their career in 2011 as an Administrative & HR Coordinator at CISabroad, where they managed various tasks related to company operations. In 2011, they also took on the role of Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at CIS Abroad - Center for International Studies. Elayna then founded and owned Smart Computer in 2010, where they handled HR, finance, marketing, and advertising. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Human Resources & Operations at Global Educators, starting in 2022.

Elayna Hebert attended Greenfield Community College from 1999 to 2001, although no degree or field of study was specified. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the PHR (Professional in Human Resources) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2013. In December 2015, Elayna obtained the SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) certification from SHRM. Additionally, in October 2015, they achieved the Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Elementary (Estimated) certification from Duolingo. Most recently, in May 2021, they earned the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.
