Bill Strang

Chairman & CEO at CIS Secure

As Chairman and CEO, Bill Strang provides executive management and operational leadership for CIS Secure Computing. Over the past 25 years, Bill has been a founder, majority owner, and principal executive at three separate companies. Two of these platforms were exclusively focused on the defense and government services marketplace. Bill developed and managed a team that grew these firms both organically and through strategic acquisitions. Bill has repeatedly demonstrated his ability to identify attractive segments of industry growth and emerging market trends to create customer and shareholder value in his business endeavors.

In 2002, Bill established NetStar-1, Inc., a company focused on developing and delivering solutions for both Federal government and corporate customers. Bill led the company to successfully grow the business both organically and through selective acquisitions. Upon the sale of NetStar-1 in 2010, Bill stepped down as CEO and is now focused on guiding CIS to new levels of growth, success, and customer satisfaction.
