David Shackleton

David Shackleton has a diverse work history, starting from their early years in the United States Marine Corps as a Product Owner, Program Manager, and COR. David then transitioned to roles in various technology companies, serving as a Program Manager, Director of National Security, Executive Agile Coach, Chief Operating Officer, and currently as Vice President of Programs at CIS Secure. Throughout their career, David has gained experience in program management, operations management, engineering, integration services, and leadership roles in IT solutions and management consulting services for Federal Government enterprises.

David Shackleton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Liberty University. David also completed various certifications in project management, agile practices, and acquisitions from institutions like the Defense Acquisition University, Scaled Agile, Inc., and Project Management Institute.
