Darcie Alabaster, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), has built a strong background in talent resourcing and human resources. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Resourcing Specialist at CIS Security Limited since December 2019, Darcie has previously held roles as a Talent Resourcing Officer and HR Apprentice within the same company. Prior experience includes an administration role at Bexley Medical Group and customer service positions at Marks and Spencer. Darcie's educational qualifications include a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration from Apprenticeship Connect, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Bournemouth University, and foundational education at Cleeve Park School.
