Andrew Gadomski is a seasoned professional in workforce and people analytics with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Strategic Workforce Planning Branch Chief at the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Andrew leads a 20-person team in analyzing workforce composition, forecasting skill gaps, and informing recruitment strategies across key industry sectors. As Managing Director of Aspen Analytics since June 2006, Andrew pivoted the firm to provide crucial auditing services surrounding automation, AI in employment, and human capital analytics. Andrew's previous roles include adjunct professor at New York University, Manager of Staffing at Honeywell Specialty Materials, and Director of Research at Forbes Global Talent, complemented by advanced degrees in Business Analytics from NYU Stern and a BS in Marketing and Business Logistics from Penn State University.
