Neil Jenkins

Neil Jenkins is a seasoned professional in the field of cybersecurity with extensive experience in threat intelligence and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as a Threat Intelligence Analyst at Cisco Talos Intelligence Group since March 2023 and an Adjunct Senior Cyber Policy Advisor at the Institute for Security and Technology since July 2022, Neil has previously held significant positions, including Steering Committee Member at the COVID-19 Cyber Threat Coalition and Chief Analytic Officer at the Cyber Threat Alliance. Prior to these roles, Neil held key positions within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, including Director of the Enterprise Performance Management Office and Chief of NCCIC Policy & Planning. Other notable experiences include serving as a Senior Advisor in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and working as an Operations Research Analyst at CNA Corporation. Neil holds a PhD in Chemistry from Cornell University and a BS in Chemistry from Wake Forest University.
