Claire Gray

Claire Gray is a seasoned professional in human resources compensation with over 30 years of experience. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources Compensation at Cisco since September 2013, Claire has held various significant roles at the company, including Senior Director of Human Resources Compensation and Senior Director of Compensation & Performance Management. Prior to Cisco, Claire spent 16 years at Intel as Director of Compensation Planning & Design. Early in the career, experience includes positions as Compensation Consultant at Amdahl and Compensation Analyst at Union Bank of California. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, attained in 1987.
