Eddwan Hallen Silva is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in collaboration solutions and a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and sustainability. Currently serving as a Consulting Engineer at Cisco Brasil since November 2014, Eddwan leads the implementation of advanced collaboration solutions and technical support across the Americas and Europe. Eddwan also holds key positions as Head of Technology at VAI FÁCIL and Reutiliza Já, focusing on innovative strategies to enhance operational effectiveness. Additionally, Eddwan co-founded EDCA Treinamentos, aiming to share technological knowledge through specialized training and mentorship. Prior experience includes roles as a Network Support Analyst at MRS Logística and a founder of Sol Informática Ltda, alongside academic qualifications including an MBA in Project Management and a degree in Technology, Internet and Network Computers.
