Gianpaolo Barozzi is the VP and Chief Innovation and Technology Officer for the People, Policy & Purpose organization at Cisco, a position held since 2015. Prior to this role, they served in various leadership positions at Cisco, including as the Sr. Director of HR, Talent Management, where they led innovative projects on digital solutions for talent management. Currently, Gianpaolo is also the Strategic Director of the Innovation Design Department at IAAD, where they set the direction for social innovation and spearhead the school's AI strategy. They earned a Laurea in Physics from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
