Helju Nommik

Helju Nommik currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the Cisco Canada President and Chief Strategy Officer for the Cisco Canada Sales organization. With extensive experience in strategic roles, Nommik has held various leadership positions at Cisco, including Director of Strategy & Market Development for State Local & Education, where responsibilities included developing strategic objectives and driving revenue growth. Previous roles include Director of Digital Strategy & Market Development in the Federal sector, and Director of Civilian Consulting Services, showcasing a strong background in business development and consultative selling. Nommik co-founded Potomac Physical Medicine, focusing on injury prevention and performance optimization, and held leadership roles at Camber Corporation, the International Finance Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture. Nommik holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance/Accounting from Carleton University and recently completed online education at MIT Sloan School of Management focused on Artificial Intelligence and its implications on business strategy.
