Irene Velasco

Irene Velasco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Leader of Customer Delivery at Cisco since January 2023, Irene previously founded and led helKi, a social entrepreneurship focused on enhancing parenting practices through a Spanish-speaking virtual assistant named Eli. With a robust background at Getronics from 2004 to 2016, Irene held various titles including Branch Manager, where significant contributions were made to business development and operational oversight. Additional experience includes roles at GS Comunicaciones, ISD, and an internship at Universidad de Guadalajara. Irene holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Digital Systems from Universidad de Guadalajara and has completed various entrepreneurial and business education programs, including an Executive MBA from IPADE Business School.
