Jenny Ng

Jenny Ng, OTRL, is a design operations professional and advocate for inclusivity and accessibility. Currently, they serve as a Senior Design Program Manager at Cisco, after previous roles as a User Experience Researcher at O.C. Tanner and Tot Squad. Jenny holds a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Utah, where they also studied Human Development and Consumer Sciences. With experience as an occupational therapist and educator, they focus on fostering equitable solutions through design thinking and creative problem solving. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, exploring new foods, and illustrating.
