Kate Driscoll

Kate Driscoll is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce strategy and operations. Currently serving as Vice President of People Strategy & Operations at Cisco since April 2023, Kate has held various roles within the company, including Workforce Strategy and Organizational Design and Customer Experience in Global Operations. Kate's previous experience includes significant positions at IBM, focusing on Global Workforce & Talent Strategy and as a Managing Consultant, as well as senior managerial roles at NAHB, AIUSA, and the Human Rights Campaign. Kate holds an MBA from The George Washington University School of Business and a BA from John Carroll University, and is currently enrolled in the Executive Development Program at The Wharton School.
