Laura Koester

Laura Koester is an experienced leader in product design and user experience, currently holding the position of Leader, Product Design at Cisco. Previously, Laura served as a Senior User Experience Designer and UX Lead at T-Mobile, as well as a Senior UX Designer at Microsoft. Early career roles include UX Designer at Ingeniux Corporation and a Production Management Intern at Hornall Anderson Design Works. Laura Koester holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design from the University of Washington and completed additional training at the Nielsen Norman Group in December 2020.
