Lorenzo Swank

Lorenzo Swank is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering, entrepreneurship, and mentoring. Currently serving as a Software Engineering Technical Lead (Machine Learning) at Cisco since April 2020, Lorenzo focuses on authoring PyTorch ML models. As an Entrepreneur in Residence at IGNITE Innovators, Lorenzo has successfully launched an incubator and supported over 50 startups in raising more than $3 million in seed investment. Lorenzo's previous roles include establishing Sales Engineering at Sendbird and co-founding Zaapp, Inc., where mobile and IoT product development was spearheaded. Additionally, Lorenzo has a strong history of leadership in various capacities, including managing over 200 client contracts at Pixio LLC and serving as an adjunct instructor at the University of Utah. Lorenzo holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computing and Computer Engineering from the University of Utah.
