Megan Bazan

Megan Bazan is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent and people strategies, currently serving as VP of People at Cisco from September 2019 to December 2024. Bazan oversees a global team dedicated to supporting a vast client group of over 45,000 employees, contributing significantly to $13B in revenue through expertise in workforce planning, talent management, executive coaching, and organizational design. Additionally, Bazan is active as a Board Member at Child Advocates of Silicon Valley since April 2024. Educationally, Bazan holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Spanish from Seattle University, completed in January 2006.
