Olya Aleksanyan is an experienced ASIC Design Engineer currently working at Cisco since September 2025. Prior to this role, Olya gained extensive experience at Synopsys Inc from February 2025 to April 2023, serving as an ASIC Physical Design Staff Engineer and previously holding positions as ASIC Physical Design Engineer II and A&MS Layout Design Engineer. Olya holds a Master's degree in Computer Hardware Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, with studies completed between 2016 and 2022.
