Øystein Kalkvik has extensive experience in the technology and telecommunications sectors, primarily with Cisco since November 2000. Kalkvik has served in multiple capacities, including Partner Account Manager, where focus was on developing Managed Service and CPE business with major Telcos in Norway. As an Account Manager for Local Government, emphasis was placed on building demand for Cisco technologies within municipalities, eventually leading to the formation of a dedicated local Government team. In the role of Product Sales Specialist for IP Telephony, Kalkvik drove business momentum and enhanced market awareness. Additionally, as a Business Development Manager, significant achievements included improving Cisco's contact center market position in Northern Europe, engaging with large enterprises and increasing the sales pipeline by 200%.
