Rajat Upadhyaya

Rajat Upadhyaya is a seasoned software engineering leader currently serving as Leader of Software Engineering at Cisco since August 2023. Prior to this role, Rajat was Head of Engineering - India at Armorblox from October 2019 to August 2023, and held dual titles of CTO and SVP Engineering at DirectShifts between November 2017 and October 2019. Rajat also worked as a Technology Consultant at Blowhorn for a brief period in early 2017 and served as Vice President of Engineering at Urban Ladder from September 2012 to March 2017. Rajat holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka.
