Shannon Hartsoe

Shannon Hartsoe currently serves as the Internal Communications Manager at Cisco, focusing on Learning and Development since October 2025. In addition, Shannon has been a self-employed Songwriter and Co-Producer for Steve Hartsoe Music since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as the Internal Communications Lead for Strada, where Shannon managed communications during a corporate divestment, and as a Contributing Writer for Method Q in cybersecurity. Additionally, Shannon worked as a Learning Designer in contracts with both TEKSystems and Merz Aesthetics from November 2024 to February 2025.
