Shannon Rausenberger

Shannon Rausenberger serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chief People Officer at Cisco since September 2014. In this role, Shannon oversees business operations strategy and planning within the People & Communities division, as well as talent management solutions and global talent acquisition. Previous responsibilities include leading large-scale university recruiting programs and acting as a primary client contact for various organizational units. Prior to Cisco, Shannon co-owned Blackbird Studio, LLC, as a wedding and portrait photographer, and held roles at Carnegie Hall managing donor databases and website content, along with customer consulting at Sageworks. Shannon earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
