Phillip Lazaro

Phillip Lazaro has over a decade of experience in estimating and management within the construction and HVAC industries. Currently serving as Estimating Manager at CIS since July 2020, Phillip has demonstrated expertise in leading estimating teams and managing project bids. Prior to this role, Phillip worked at Trane from July 2013 to June 2020 as an Estimator, where responsibilities included preparing detailed cost estimates and collaborating with project teams to ensure accuracy and competitiveness in pricing.
