Crystal C. has a strong background in human resources, with experience working in various roles and companies.

Crystal is currently employed at Cision as a Human Resources Director, a position they have held since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the same company as a Senior Human Resources Manager from June 2022 to July 2023.

Crystal developed relationships with union leadership, implemented strategic HR processes, and served as an HR Site Leader. Crystal also worked as an HR Generalist at Cooper Industries Ltd. (now Eaton) from 2010 to 2012, leading talent management projects and handling HR responsibilities for corporate employees.

Additionally, Crystal interned at Lockheed Martin and Baker Hughes as an HR Intern in organizational development & training and talent acquisition, respectively.
