Dorian Cudmore has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. They started their career as an Intern at Open Labs in 2013. In 2014, they worked as an In-Game Customer Support Representative at Blizzard Entertainment, assisting customers with issues related to interactive online games. Later that year, Dorian joined Dell Computer Corporation as a Technical Support Specialist, providing over-the-phone technical support to small-to-medium-sized business clients.
In 2015, Dorian became an Online Solution Specialist at PowerSchool Group LLC (formerly InfoSnap). In this role, they designed and implemented online registration forms for schools, managing projects from conception to client training. They also assisted in the implementation of payment management services.
In 2017, Dorian joined Cision as an Account Architect. They worked closely with clients to design search parameters using the Cision PR platform, providing technical product support and assisting PR professionals in achieving a visible ROI for their media efforts. They continued in this role until 2019 when they were promoted to Senior Account Architect. In this position, they focused on high-tier, high-value clients and provided expertise and care to "at risk" clients to reduce client attrition. They also assisted junior Account Architects in overcoming obstacles and were involved in the hiring and training process.
In 2020, Dorian transitioned to the role of Enterprise Customer Advocate at Cision. Leveraging their knowledge and experience from their previous roles, they worked closely with Enterprise Customer Success Managers to maintain a portfolio of enterprise-level client accounts, including Facebook, Volvo, and Weight Watchers.
Most recently, in 2021, they took on the position of Product Engineer at Cision, where they troubleshoot issues with product functionality, dashboard performance, client and employee provisioning, and data structure. They work closely with the Customer Support Team to educate and equip them on technical issues.
