Elaine Cuesta

Elaine Cuesta has a diverse work experience starting from their role as a Project Manager at Team Market Group in 2011 where they implemented operational structures and prepared progress analysis for multiple business subsidiaries. Elaine then worked as a Business Associate at Resell CNC from 2016 to 2018, refining company policies and creating marketing performance presentations. Afterwards, they joined Accountemps as a Talent Manager in 2018, where they marketed human capital services and developed new business endeavors. In 2019, Elaine took on a role as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Project Manager at Brandwatch, where they focused on privacy and compliance. Elaine designed and monitored control systems, reviewed procedures and audit reports, and coordinated with different department managers. Elaine also ensured the implementation and application of internal data protection policies and processes. In their most recent position as the Director of Privacy, Compliance, and Risk at Cision starting in 2021, Elaine continues their work in privacy and compliance. Elaine analyzes privacy program operations, designs and monitors control systems, reviews and evaluates procedures and audit reports, and represents the Privacy and Compliance team.

Elaine Cuesta earned their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida between the years 2013 and 2017.
