James Henderson has a diverse work experience in the field of media and communications. James started their career at Clipserver as a Media Assistant in 2000 and then moved on to Xtreme News as a Media Editor in 2001. James played a key role in the integration of production processes when Xtreme News was acquired by Durrants.

At Durrants, James served as an Account Manager and later as a Broadcast Account Manager. In these roles, they managed client media monitoring services, ensured client satisfaction, and coordinated with production teams and external suppliers.

In 2011, James joined Gorkana as a Senior Client Services Executive, where they were responsible for managing large-scale and complex services for government clients. James also served as an Associate Account Director, overseeing client relationships and mentoring staff.
