Lucy Illidge has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Currently, they are the Head of CX Operations & Strategy EMEIA at Cision, where they lead the CX Operations function and reports directly to the VP Customer Experience. Prior to that, they worked as the Head of Customer Success Operations at GoCardless, where they reported to the Chief Customer Officer and was responsible for senior leadership off-sites and creating the Customer orgs OKR strategy and process. Lucy also led the Delivery & Insights Group, focusing on strategy, operations, and processes.
Before GoCardless, Lucy worked as a Go-To-Market Project Manager at Crane Venture Partners, where they created and delivered the firm's founder support program, Lift Off. This program focused on GTM acceleration in various areas such as sales, marketing, customer success, and hiring.
Lucy has also held roles at Founders Factory as a Commercial Strategist working on Kyte, at Kyte as a Strategist accountable for business strategy, operations, and commercial activity, and at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) as part of the 'Batch 0' Accelerate program for Kyte. Lucy secured Kyte's place in the first accelerator at IATA and was recognized as a thought-leader in aviation innovation.
Furthermore, Lucy worked as the Head of Partnerships & Enterprise Business at CommuterClub, where they were responsible for the B2B arm of the company and created sales enablement content. Lucy also secured CommuterClub's place in the Billion Journey Project Accelerator at The Go-Ahead Group plc, where they presented on innovation in rail and secured a commercial partnership with multiple GA brands.
Prior to that, Lucy was a Business Development Manager at Pulsar Platform, where they led the business development function for key sectors and facilitated training sessions for the sales team. Lucy began their career as an Account Manager at Softcat plc, where they achieved outstanding sales results and managed customer accounts.

Lucy Illidge holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from The University of Manchester. Lucy also obtained a certification in "Why We Post - The Anthropology of Social Media" from UCL in August 2017. Prior to their university education, Lucy attended Loreto Grammar School for Girls.
