MacIej Szymczak

Maciej Szymczak has a diverse range of work experience in the field of software development and project management. Maciej most recently worked as a Senior Salesforce and Integration Developer at Cision starting in October 2018. Prior to that, they spent six years at Johnson & Johnson as a CRM Lead, where they had responsibilities across various regions and child companies, including Vision Care, Lifesan, Janssen, and Consumer. Maciej worked on sales, customer service, and digital marketing projects in both B2B and B2C sectors. From 2003 to 2012, Maciej worked at Oracle as a Consultant of EBS, where they were involved in a series of projects for clients such as AEgon, Dalkia, Vatenfall, and Raiffeisen Bank, among others. Maciej gained expertise in logistics and functional areas, combining technical consulting with functional understanding. Prior to Oracle, they worked at PZU Życie S.A. where they held multiple roles, including Manager. During their time there, they successfully managed projects involving the development and deployment of a Cashdesk Application, an interface for gathering and centralizing insurance premiums, and a money laundering module. Maciej also has experience working at the IT Centre of Army General Headquarters as a Programmer and at CSBI as a developer-designer.

Maciej Szymczak obtained a Master of Science degree in IT from the Military University of Technology, where they studied from 1993 to 1998. In addition, they have earned several certifications from Salesforce, including Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect in June 2023, Salesforce Certified Data Architect in January 2023, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II in January 2021, and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I in September 2019.
