Octavia Rose Francis has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Octavia Rose began their career in 2015 as an Associate Consultant at Robert Half Finance & Accounting, where they specialized in providing accounting and finance professionals to businesses on a permanent basis. In 2016, they joined TrendWatching as a Business Development Associate and progressed to become a Senior Business Development Manager for the EMEA region. At TrendWatching, they worked with global brands such as Unilever and Mastercard, helping them discover innovation opportunities and providing industry-specific trend reports. In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Business Development Director (Global) at TrendWatching before moving on to join Vypr in 2021 as a Business Development Manager. Vypr is a data validation platform that helps manufacturers and retailers understand customer preferences. Octavia's most recent position is at SFRU, where they serve as the Head of Business. SFRU is a boutique focused on trends, futures, and strategy, and Octavia's role involves understanding and navigating transformations to help organizations thrive. In January 2022, they moved to Cision as an Account Director (Automotive).

Octavia Rose Francis obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, completing their studies from 2011 to 2014. In July 2021, they also obtained certification in the Mental Health First Aider Course from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England.
