Mathieu St-Gelais has extensive experience in clinical organization and project management within healthcare settings. Currently serving at the CHUM - Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal as a Clinical Organization Advisor in Telehealth, Mathieu has held various project management roles focusing on performance measurement and service development since December 2001. Additional experience includes cultural integration in healthcare as a Cultural Delegate and recent consulting for the future Hôpital de Vaudreuil-Soulanges. Mathieu has held leadership positions in user experience and quality assessment at CIUSSS institutions and managed multidisciplinary teams in ergotherapy and physiotherapy. Education includes a Master's in Public Administration from École nationale d'administration publique and a Bachelor's in Ergotherapy from Université de Montréal. Prior to a healthcare career, Mathieu directed and performed with a children's theater company.
