Julie Coulombe

Julie Coulombe currently serves as Directrice adjointe performance et valorisation des données at CISSS de Lanaudière, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Julie held the title of Chef de service à la performance organisationnelle et l'information de gestion at the same institution from August 2015 to September 2023 and served as Conseillère en analyse de performance et suivi de gestion at CSSS du Nord de Lanaudière from July 2005 to July 2015. Julie began their career as Chef de service accueil-archives at CLSC de Joliette from July 2001 to August 2005. Educational qualifications include a Maîtrise en administration publique, Analyse de performance from Université du Québec - École nationale d'Administration publique and a Certificat in Gestion des services de santé from Université de Montréal, along with a DEC in Archives médicales from Collège Ahuntsic. Julie possesses extensive expertise in planning, organizing, coordinating, controlling, and evaluating activities related to organizational performance management and strategic planning within healthcare settings.
