Jessica O'Brien

Jessica O'Brien, MHR, PHR, serves as the People Operations Manager for the Americas at CI&T, where responsibilities include providing strategic oversight for Human Resources functions, managing employee operations, benefits, and Global Mobility. With prior roles as People Operations Leader, Senior Human Resources Analyst, and Human Resources Analyst, Jessica has extensive experience in performance management, compensation analysis, employee onboarding, and policy development. Previous experience includes positions as Human Resources Coordinator at Teleflex and Human Resources Director at HCR ManorCare. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Development from Villanova University and a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Employment Relations and Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University.
