Kim Vittorio

Kim Vittorio serves as the Head of People Experience for CI&T in Australia since December 2022, following the acquisition of Transpire, where Kim held a similar role starting in July 2019. With extensive experience in people management, Kim previously worked at BlueRock as Head of Performance & Culture, focusing on advisory solutions for businesses. Prior roles included Organizational Development Advisor and HR positions at Delaware North and Parks Victoria, where Kim developed and implemented human resource strategies and systems. Kim holds a B.A. in Social Science from Swinburne University of Technology and a Certificate IV in Training & Assessment from Box Hill Institute of TAFE.
