Mikaeri Ohana

Mikaeri Ohana serves as the Data & AI Lead at CI&T since December 2019, leading an AI R&D team focused on the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models, enhancing organizational product efficiency. Prior roles include Data Product Manager for a multinational beverage company, where strategy development and roadmap maintenance were key responsibilities; Machine Learning Engineer and Data Scientist, focusing on deep learning pipelines; and founder of Explica Mi, promoting data science accessibility. Earlier experience includes leading an AI team at Viceri, engaging as a Developer at Finamax, and interning in software development roles at H2W Systems. Education includes ongoing master's studies in Computer Science at Universidade Estadual de Campinas and prior degrees in System Analysis and Development and Information Technology.
