Charlote Monforte

Charlote Monforte has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Charlote is currently serving as the Vice President of Clinical Services at Citadel Care Centers since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Nursing Services at ST PATRICKS HOME from August 2021 to November 2022. Charlote also held the position of Director of Nursing at Centers Health Care from September 2019 to May 2021, and at Adira at Riverside Rehabilitation from February 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, they worked as an RN Consultant at Sentosa LLC from April 2016 to January 2017. Charlote Monforte started their career as an RN Manager/RN Supervisor at Regency Extended Care Center in October 2009 and held that position till April 2016. Before that, they served as an RNS-UNIT MANAGER-CASE MANAGER-ADON at FORT TRYON REHABILITATION & HEALTH CARE FACILITY, LLC from November 2010 to March 2015.

Charlotte Monforte completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree at UDMC from 1995 to 2000.
